Mode of Action
Lambda cyhalothrin is a non-systemic synthetic pyrethroid with contact and stomach action. It also exhibits some repellant properties. It acts as a Sodium channel modulator by disrupting the functioning of the nervous system in an organism leading to paralysis and death.
Thiamethoxam is a systemic neonicotinoid which has contact and stomach action. It acts as an acetylcholine receptor agonist on target insects. It damages nervous system, eventually leading to death.
Application Guide
Continued repeated use of this product alone over an extended period of time may result to development of resistance. In order to avoid such situation, alternate Lexus® 247SC with another insecticide that has a different mode of action.
Apply Lexus® 247SC when the locally established pest economic injury level has reached or at first signs of pest infestation and repeat as necessary 3 times a season at an interval of 10 days.
