Mode of Action
Myclobutanil (triazole fungicide group) is a systemic protectant and curative fungicide which acts as a steroid demethylation inhibitor, specifically inhibiting ergosterol biosynthesis.
Prochloraz (imidazole fungicide group) is a non-systemic fungicide but has strong contact activity and translaminar mobility which reduces fungal attack in crops and ornamentals, specifically by acting by inhibiting ergosterol biosynthesis.
Application Guide
Use the lower rate in times of low disease pressure and the high rate in times of high disease pressure.
Apply at the first sign of disease infection or when climatic conditions favor disease development while ensuring adequate coverage of the crop foliage, with a maximum of 3 sprays at an interval of 7 – 14 days. Use the shorter spray intervals in cases of high disease pressure.
Sacrifido® 125EC is compatible with commonly used pesticides and foliar fertilizers and non-phytotoxic when used as recommended. However, a physical compatibility test is recommended before mixing commercial quantities or spraying a large area.
